Fresh Laundry cares deeply about its customers and seeks their 100% satisfaction with the merchandise they order. Therefore, we will be happy to take back any item that is unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached within 30 days of purchase. 

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you feel you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team here.

Fresh Laundry will reject all returned merchandise showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, or pet hair. Refunds will not be issued on rejected returns and merchandise will be returned to the customer.
