Do you offer Gift Cards? 

  • At this time, Fresh Laundry does not offer any gift cards.

Why should I become a registered user?

  • As a registered user, your information will be automatically saved at checkout and available for faster checkout on future orders. You will also receive deals, promotions, and updates on any new products.

How do I change or cancel an order?

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the order that you placed, you can reply to that email and a member of our team will reply within 24 hours.

What are my payment options?

  • Payment options are available at checkout which includes PayPal or uploading your credit card information manually.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

  • Credit cards are charged after orders are placed.

When will my credit card be refunded?

  • Refunds are made between 1 to 5 business days after a refund is approved and we receive your returned merchandise. Please see return policy to see if you qualify for a refund vs a credit.

Are purchases on this website tax-free?

  • All products being shipped to a California residence include a California sales tax

  • Our website has dedicated its main priority to the simplicity and security of our customers when placing orders. All personal information is kept secured and guaranteed.

Shipping Questions

What are your shipping fees?

  • There is a flat fee of $12 for the shipping of all orders. Shipping costs vary during promotions.

What is the status of my order? How do I track my order?

  • When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes tracking information of your package.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?’

  • Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with details and status of your order. Most orders ship within 1-5 business days after placing the order.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

  • Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which includes tracking information as well as the shipping company that will be delivering your package.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

  • The order date is the date you place your order and ship date is when your package will be leaving our facility.

What countries do you ship to? What about duties?

  • As of now, Fresh Laundry does not ship internationally. We are currently updating our shipping status to include international delivery options.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

  • We ship to all addresses located in mainland USA. If delivering to a PO box or APO/FPO, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

  • If you wish to send your order as a gift, please note it during checkout and we will gladly not to include any pricing or invoice in the package.

Where do I ship my return or exchange?

  • All returns or exchanges when authorized can be sent to our warehouse at 1815 Tyburn St Suite B, Glendale CA 91204

How should I ship my return or exchange?

  • Once authorized, we will be sending you a return label to send back your merchandise

When will my credit card be refunded?

  • Once the authorized merchandise is returned, your credit card will be refunded between 1 to 5 business days.

  • We update our website frequently to include our latest styles. If you would like, you can subscribe to our mailing list to receive emails regarding new styles or upcoming promotions.

Are the products on the website the same as in the stores?

  • Some products on our website are “online exclusives” which are not available in stores.

I bought your product on eBay, is it authentic?

  • Fresh Laundry does not sell their products on platforms such as eBay, Craigslist or any other second-hand online platform.

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?

  • Our website has dedicated its main priority to the simplicity and security of our customers when placing orders. All personal information is kept secured and guaranteed.
